Recently, the second phase of Wanwei Technology Park has made significant progress. The project has completed the main structure above ground and passed the project acceptance. The indoor decoration, MEP pipeline layout, and other construction work are proceeding in an orderly manner. It is expected to be officially put into use in October 2024.

Acceptance by departments

The base area of Wanwei Science and Technology Park Phase II is about 6,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 36,000 square meters, including Factory Building 2, guard house, and garbage room. Factory Building 2 is mainly used for the production of high-power products by Simphoenix Electric. To meet the requirements of large machinery and equipment for installation space, Factory Building 2 optimized the floor height layout in the initial design, reserving enough space for equipment installation and operation.

The total land area of Wanwei Science and Technology Park is about 30,000 square meters, with a construction area of 82,000 square meters. The construction started in January 2021, and Phase I was completed and put into use in May 2023.

Phase I covers an area of 25 acres, including the Main Building 1 and dormitory building. Building 1 is mainly used for the production of medium and low-power inverters and servo products. With the advanced production and testing equipment in the new park, the company has carried out comprehensive iteration and performance improvement of its core products.
